Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Candles must be unused to qualify for a return. Please review our full return policy.

We offer local delivery in Ventura County.
If the products arrive with visible defects or broken please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Processing times are one to two days and up to three days during Holiday Season.
