Refund policy

At Live Your Faith Catholic, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in handcrafting each candle and jewelry piece with intention and love. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@liveyourfaithcatholic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new and unused condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Candles must be unlit and unburned

  • Jewelry must be unworn and unaltered

  • Items must be in sellable condition

We do not accept returns on:

  • Burned or partially burned candles

  • Used or worn jewelry

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

Return Instructions

Please email us to request a return. We will provide you with the return address, or if you prefer, we can issue you a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from your total refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Kindly email photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us assess and resolve the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund for items damaged in transit.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for items broken by the customer after delivery.

  • We do not issue partial refunds for candles that have been lit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or in error.

  • If using our prepaid label, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method if returning on your own.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you pay with a gift card, your refund will go back to the gift card.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not receive your refund, please contact us.
